Film Projects
As a young girl, Faye used her family’s bulky VHS camcorder to create comedic videos starring her siblings and friends, delighting in entertaining her family with small, improvised productions. She developed an early knack for storytelling that later became central to making hundreds of social media videos that documented her process of painting artwork. Over time, that fascination with visual narratives grew into a deeper interest in expanding her love of filmmaking to explore and tell meaningful human stories.
Faye is currently directing a feature-length documentary about Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in association with the Center for Independent Documentary. The film will follow investigative journalist and co-director Nadine Sebai as she embarks on a personal journey of understanding her illness.
The story includes in-depth interviews with leading physicians at the forefront of scientific research. It will shed light on the institutions and dedicated individuals who are working to unravel the complex brain and nervous system connection malfunction that produces debilitating symptoms.
The purpose of the film is to both educate clinicians and the general public and to dispel persistent myths about this disabling condition that affects people around the world.

Faye was hired by the largest newspaper in Arkansas, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, to create compelling news video content and short-form documentaries focused on events and people in the state.
